ELECTRONIC END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR DIPLink SOFTWARE:

NOTICE TO USER:
THIS IS A CONTRACT. BY USING THIS SOFTWARE YOU ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
This End User License Agreement accompanies the DIPLink product. Please read this Agreement carefully.

UNREGISTERED SHAREWARE VERSION:

The following paragraph (up to heading "REGISTERED VERSION") applies to the use of the unregistered Shareware Version of the Software. This version can be identified by it's title bar showing "*Unregistered*".

Upon your acceptance of this Agreement, Borknet grants to you a nonexclusive license to use the DIPLink software (the "Software") solely for evaluation purposes. In detail you agree to the following:

Evaluation means finding out if the Software fits the desired purpose.

You may:
* install and evaluate the Software on any number of computers
* make and distribute unlimited copies of the Software, as long as each copy that you make and distribute contains this Agreement.

You may NOT:
* modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble, the Software in whole or in part.
* disable or circumvent the built-in run time limit of 24h.

REGISTERED VERSION:

The following paragraph applies to the use of the registered Version of the Software. This version can be identified by it's title bar not showing "*Unregistered*".

Upon your acceptance of this Agreement, Borknet grants to you a nonexclusive license to use the DIPLink software (the "Software") for private or commercial purposes. In detail you agree to the following:

You may:
* install and use the Software on one single computer
* run more than one instance of the Software only if it is on the same computer

You may NOT:
* give, send or otherwise distribute your registration key to anyone
* modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble, the Software in whole or in part.

UNREGISTERED SHAREWARE VERSION AND REGISTERED VERSION:

The following applies to the registered as well as the unregistered software versions:

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, NEITHER EXPRESSED NOR IMPLIED.
YOU ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR SELECTING THE SOFTWARE TO ACHIEVE YOUR INTENDED RESULTS, AND FOR THE
INSTALLATION OF, USE OF, AND RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE SOFTWARE. BORKNET MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE
SOFTWARE WILL BE FREE FROM ERRORS OR FAILURES.

IN NO EVENT WILL BORKNET BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOST PROFITS, COST OF COVER OR
OTHER SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE,
HOWSOEVER CAUSED. THIS LIMITATION WILL APPLY EVEN IF BORKNET HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
DAMAGE.
